Accessibility Statement
Last revised: September 14, 2026
Our commitment
Synx Data Labs is committed to making synxdata.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the site.
Current state
This is our first published accessibility statement. It's backed by an automated
axe-core audit (WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA rules) covering every page template
on the site, not a full manual audit — we haven't yet done dedicated keyboard-navigation
or screen-reader testing. We'll update this page as that work happens.
Known limitations
Our latest automated audit found the following issues, which we're tracking for a fix:
- Several status badges and notice banners (compliance-seal labels on the homepage, a framework-status badge on the Trust Center page, the Cloud EULA's draft notice, and a form-error message on the SynxDB CE page) use text/background color combinations that fall short of the required contrast ratio.
- Post-count labels in the blog's category sidebar are low-contrast, particularly for categories with no posts.
- A handful of links inside body paragraphs (on the Partners, SynxDB, SynxML, and Webinars pages) are underlined only on hover, so they aren't visually distinguishable from surrounding text at rest.
- Our interactive product quiz is a standalone legacy page built outside our normal component system and has its own color-contrast issues on its button and footer text.
Compatibility
We target the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and aim for compatibility with common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS). We haven't yet run dedicated assistive-technology testing to verify this, so treat it as our goal rather than a certified result.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on synxdata.com, please email [email protected] with the page URL and a description of the issue. We'll do our best to respond promptly.
